Proposal to Join as Executive Founder

Madrid, 9 April 2026

Rafaela,

We are building a new wellness brand from Madrid with the ambition to create a category-defining company in one of the largest and most durable consumer sectors globally.

We believe there is an opportunity to build a brand that combines strong product standards, sharp positioning, disciplined execution, and modern go-to-market. Our intention is not to build a small niche label, but a meaningful business with the potential to become a large platform over time.

From our conversations, we believe there is a strong fit between the opportunity we are building and the role you are looking for: a chance to join early, help shape the company from the ground up, and operate at founder level alongside two experienced entrepreneurs with deep experience in building and scaling consumer businesses around the world.

This document sets out how we see the opportunity, the role, the first phases of execution, and the broad terms of the partnership we would like to propose.

Dan & Julien

1.

What we're building

We believe the wellness and supplement space remains massively underbuilt relative to its long-term potential. Although the market is showing signs of maturity, it is still in the early innings of a much larger transformation. We see wellness and longevity evolving into one of the largest and most impactful global markets.

The market is large, structurally growing, and increasingly shaped by brands that combine trust, product quality, community, and cultural relevance. At the same time, many players remain either operationally weak, brand-light, or too generic in how they approach product and go-to-market.

Our ambition is to build a business that is sharper than legacy players, more disciplined than most emerging brands, and more scalable than founder-led personal brands that never become real companies.

We are approaching this with clear intent:

2.

Where we stand

We have been shaping the core of this for many years, and have already built:

This matters because early-stage consumer brands usually fail for predictable reasons: weak execution, lack of discipline, bad economics, confused positioning, or founders who are not operationally strong enough. We are deliberately trying to remove those failure points from day one.

And we are definitely moving forward and already in motion. Though we'd actively welcome the right person to join us on this journey.

3.

Why you

We are considering this partnership because we believe you bring a rare combination of qualities that matter at this stage. In particular, we believe you have:

This role requires more than enthusiasm. It requires range, resilience, discipline, speed, and judgment. It requires someone who can not only absorb feedback but actively looks for it, who can move quickly, and keep raising the quality of execution. Based on what we have seen so far, we believe you have the potential to do that.

4.

Your role

Executive Founder

Subject to progression and final structuring, this role is intended to evolve into the lead executive role of the company.

You would join as the day-to-day executive founder of the business, based in Madrid or operating on an equivalent full-time basis in Spain, and work with us to shape and launch the company within the next six months.

You would be expected to lead execution across the pre-launch and launch phases, while working closely with us on strategy, product, brand, and company building.

Next steps

We are looking for someone who wants more than a job title.

This role is for someone who wants to build, commit, lead, and create real long-term value inside a business with serious ambition.

We believe this could be a rare opportunity to join early, help shape a company from the ground up, and build something significant with experienced founders who know what scale looks like and how hard it is to achieve.

If this direction feels right on both sides, the next step would be to move into formal documentation and start building.
